Sutton Youth Services, Georgina, Kitchen & Gym HVAC Renewal, 2024
This project involved the supply and installation of new HVAC equipment for the dormitory area and a dedicated ventilation system for the gym. The scope included modifications to existing ductwork and the addition of new diffusers and registers throughout the facility. As the building remained occupied, our project management team divided the work into carefully planned phases and provided detailed schedules to ensure full coordination with the engineer, owner, and operators.
