This project represented Phase 2 of a Water-Cooled Heat Pump Unit Replacement program and involved the supply and installation of 37 new ceiling hung units ranging from 1.0 to 5.0 tons in nominal capacity. The scope included modifications and upgrades to the heat pump loop piping, BAS integration, sheet metal and ductwork, test, adjustment and balancing for heat pump loop, units start-up, commissioning, and operator training.
All work was completed in an occupied building with classrooms in session and building systems fully operational. Through precise phasing and close coordination with the owner, the project was executed seamlessly from start to finish, without any disruption to classes, offices, or associated spaces.
